I’m Julie Brenneman, a trusted mortgage broker in Chatham, ON. I’ve been a mortgage broker for fifteen years, and I specialize in providing the best mortgage options for my clients while rendering excellent customer service.
I currently have two staff members that are instrumental in helping with the application process and documentation gathering. I work seamlessly with them to make the process of decision-making less stressful for clients.
I serve clients across Chatham, Sarnia, Dresden, Blenheim, Tilbury, Ridgetown, Glencoe, and the surrounding areas.

One of my most significant achievements has been empowering my clients to make their home buying dreams come true, which has led to recognition. In 2018, I was named a Women Of Influence by the Canadian Mortgage Professionals magazine, and in 2020 I won the National award for contributing to the franchise growth of MCC.
My dream for the future is to continue to help people achieve their goal of homeownership and financial comfort. Since the nature of this business is constantly changing, I stay current with products and rates to offer the best options.
For example, home values are at an all-time high, and interest rates are still meager, which makes it a great time to take advantage of equity locked up in one’s home.
I also believe in giving back to society, and as part of that belief, I choose charitable organizations to support each year. In 2021 my firm donated $3750 to DASO (domestic abuse services) and $3750 to Paws Across the Water foundation. We haven’t set a target for 2022 yet, but this year, we are supporting Welkin, Shelterlinks, and Oxford County Animal Rescue.
