I was working in a mundane factory job and was looking for a more fulfilling role. As I enjoyed helping people, I felt that becoming a mortgage broker would give me the job satisfaction and independence that I craved.
Since becoming a mortgage broker fifteen years ago, the industry has changed vastly. However, I keep up with these latest trends and technologies to ensure my clients receive the best possible service.
I offer a hometown service experience along with access to the big lenders. I also clarify that I represent my clients and not the lenders, which has enhanced my integrity in the local area.
Therefore, I’m always honest, and as an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is my transparency. I’m also consistent and like to educate clients while providing prompt responses to their questions.
To ensure that I can remain proactive throughout the mortgage process, I regularly touch base with existing clients while addressing the needs of prospective customers. It’s an approach that has earned me noteworthy success.
As a result, there is no better feeling than getting people out of a bind and securing the keys to their first home. When I can empower clients that never thought it was possible to become a homeowner, it’s immensely rewarding.
